    Phillies Howie Kendrick traded to the Phillies

    Dodgers get Jack and Shit (Darin Ruf and Darnell Sweeney) in return, but considering Howie wasn't happy with his playing time in LA, and with the Phillies saying they acquired him to play leftfield, meaning his days as a regular second baseman are all but over, a salary dump was about all the Dodgers could expect.

    And the Dodgers have sold Darin Ruf to the Samsung Lions in the Korean Baseball league. Dodgers needed to clear roster space after they brought back Old Man Utley and signed Franklin Gutierrez.
