Any lefty bats that the A's will most likely sit against Randy Johnson?

Nick Swisher maybe? Obviously they can't sit Chavez.

Swisher is a switch hitter. Dan Johnson and Mark Kotsay are lefties. Bradly is a switch hitter. I'd guess Johnson may sit. Macha may put Swisher at 1st, Payton in left, Kotsay in center, Bradley in right, and Thomas at DH. Johnson hit lefties better than Swisher did last year, so maybe he plays and Swisher sits...just have to wait and see I guess.

Wow. I had no clue. Every single time I've watched Swisher play, he's hit from the left side. That's awesome.

I'm guessing he's like Teixeira/Berkman, hits with way more power from the left.

I'm not sure as I can't find last year's splits...when you click on stats on the A's site, it brings up this year's...which there are none obviously. But you've probably only seen him bat against righties and that would explain why you've only seen him hit left-handed...he is a switch hitter though.

I don't think I'll be able to watch on MLB.tv as it says the game will be on ESPN2, but I'll have to wait and see I guess.
