Yay! Harden has been shutdown for a couple weeks already. Woo hoo!

Ah I wasn't expecting much from Harden anyways. I still think he should convert to a closer.
I jumped online the other day and bought a bunch of tix for the $2 nights including the Yankees and Red Sux. I have something like 20 tickets to five different games for less than $60; the online fees wind up costing more than the tix. These seats usually cost $19 so it's a great deal.
I'm coaching little league this year and have our team meeting this morning. I have fourteen kids on this team! Ages 6-8 and they'll be making the transition from the tee to live pitching. My arm is gonna be sore!
Go A's!!
I got my first look at this lineup yesterday on TV and I must say I like what I see. MUCH better than last year. I wish our local media would chill a little bit on the expectations.
Watching Braden get hammered on MLBN right now.
Andrew Bailey left the game today and it DID NOT look good.
That is such amazing news!
Thank god Beane did a great job building a bullpen. Fuentes is a nice guy to have replace him.
I agree and everybody is dealing with injuries but dammit that's one less horse we have against the Angels and Rangers.
I haven't heard anything but based on what I saw I think he'll be out for quite a while. I believe it was also the same elbow he had surgery on.
BTW reefer congrats on the world title. Nice job.
Thanks A'sDieHard It was the same elbow but Bailey said its not the same pain he felt when he needed TJS. Yes its a blow but when your pen is as deep as the A's pen is, its hurts a lot less.
Dayum we got thumped today.
It appears McCarthy will be the 5th starter. I'd say he's earned it.
I would too and he's going to be one of the steals of the offseason.
Eight more days! Man I am ready for some baseball. I'm coaching little league this year as well now we just need a break from this friggin rain.
