Yes, Saarloos got skipped and isn't pitching for a few more days...I forget when it said. I believe Haren is going tomorrow.
Saarloos? No, he's the 5th starter and the A's had Monday off, so he gets skipped because Macha wants the other 4 pitchers to pitch on their regular day.
The way Saarloos pitched vs the M's in his last start. Why would you not start him vs them again? i dont get that move.
