Maybe Duchscherer or Street will get in since they usually take on middle reliever every year. No one else really deserves it.
Kotsay
Street
Duchsherer
Harden
Haren---Yes I said Haren!! Look how he's been pitching for the past month or so.
what the.....why did this get posted before I made the poll? I just finished it and you already replied
argh.....2 replies before the poll posted? go vote now then got dang it

I voted for Harden because if he did not get injured it'd be a no-brainer if we only get one player in...and he has the best stuff...2nd pick would be Kotsay
Well, the poll is designed that way because we're only going to get 1 player in since none will be voted in
True
I know every team has to have at least 1 player, but can a team have more than 1 reserve on the All-Star team?
Kotsay- Hell no. He is ice-cold lately, a .334 OBP is nothing special, I could think of 8 or 9 OF's more deserving.
Chavez- The 11 HR's are nice, just about everything isn't outside of his glove. A-Rod, Mora, and Blalock are all much more deserving.
Duchscherer- Yes. The K numbers, WHIP, ERA are all outstanding.
Harden- Only has 8 starts, if he goes on a tear up until the break he has a shot, but he did miss a lot of time.
Other- Street has a chance, but both him and Duchscherer shouldn't get in.
Defense baby, defense. The man has been absolutely amazing in CF.Originally Posted by MarinersFan87

Kotsay doesn't deserve to go. If you're basing him going on defense, then there's a crap load of excellent defensive players who can't hit the broadside of a barn. Not to mention, he's no lead off man, they should wise up and put him on down in the order.
Duchsherer seems to have the numbers, while Street/Chavez are more name worthy... unfortunately, that will get you in sometimes. I'd go with Duch.
Marshall: MILSWANCAs?
Ted: Wait, I can get this. Mothers I'd like to sleep with and never call again.
Barney: Circle gets the square!

I'm not basing him going on defense. Just saying that while his bat hasn't been as hot lately, his defense has still been exceptional. His bat still has time to turn around before the game itself anyway.
