You would think people would be smart enough to check depth and stuff of pools before diving and what not. It happens way to often in society stupid pointless injuries such as this.

Oakland's just not getting any luck right now. They recalled Wes Bankston to take Barton's place. Theyre in the race and you all have to trade off your rotation and maybe even your closer, its a pathetic state of baseball economics.

it's Daric, and bankston's having a great game today. he's 2-3 so far and made a sick tag on Jeter after a bad throw by Bobby Crosby

Ugh I'm sick of the injury bug right now. This is insane. But I'm very pleased with the way Bankston has performed in his week+ in the bigs. He wasn't supposed to go back down to AAA, but someone had to go when Gallagher and Murton were acquired.

Oakland is not playing for this year BTW...if they make it, they make it...if not, that was the plan.
