Well, the A's lit up Sabathia tonight. It's 9 - 2 in the bottom of the 8th. All 9 runs were earned and charged to Sabathia. Blanton is pitching well and Crosby is 3 - 3 with 2 walks

A's are playing well.
It is currently 9-6 in a slug fest in the 8th at the Jake.
wow, looks like they left Blanton in a little too long...
The A's held on for the 9 - 7 win last night for their 4th win in a row. They're in 1st place at 7 - 4 and undefeated on the road so far this season. DiNardo goes against Carmona today.
Last year DiNardo was 8-10 with a 4.11 ERA. Not that bad, but definately not something to gloat about. He's appeared in two games this year I think...hopefully he'll notch another W tonite for us.
A's won 7 - 3 with with Crosby hitting a 3-run homer...we also walked 10 times! Now we beat Sabathia (twice now) and Carmona...going for another sweep vs. Lee tomorrow.
A's lost 7 - 1 today...there goes being undefeated on the road for the season
All the players were saying it was the weather that caused the loss. Which is partially true, seeing that in weather that cold the ball is dead. But the Indians managed some big hits in key situations. Which is what we need to work on-situational hitting. That being said, it's nice to take 2 of 3 from the Indians again.
Great job by our team this last week. I know it's early but winning is always a helluva lot more fun than losing.
