So I purchase a ticket to a Yankee game for when I'm in New York in August in early March and select the "print at home" option. For some reason there's a delay in being able to send an email until March 23rd. That's fine, I don't mind waiting since the game isn't until August. But here we are on April 9th and it still says "There is a delivery delay on this event. Please check the Event Detail Page for information on when the delay will be lifted. Once the delay has been lifted, your tickets will be available via your selected delivery method. "
So, for shits and giggles I click on the link to the "event detail page" where it still says "Please Note: All fulfillment will be delayed until March 23, 2015. All Print-At-Home tickets will be delivered 10 days prior to the scheduled game"
That last part of print at home tickets being delivered 10 days prior to the scheduled game is standard practice verbiage on all print at home tickets I've ever purchased, yet in spite of that being written everywhere I've always gotten the ticket emailed instantaneously. Are these jerkwads actually going to make me wait until 10 days before the event to send an email?
Fuck the Yankees.
