I have a feeling that the O's will let him go when there team gets close to the next level. When your team is a bunch of All Stars, yelling at them stops going over well with upper management, even if you are incredibly intelligent.
He did take us to the playoffs, our first playoff app in 14 years. I tend to agree w/ you that his style doesn't last long and I don't know if we have that dynasty if he stays but I do appreciate what he did helping turn us around.
