I'm tired of this pitch count bullshit with Joba. I'm tired of this bullpen blowing his wins after Girardi pulls a dominant Joba after 6 innings, especially after striking out the heart of a teams' order. Let the best pitcher pitch, and it's clearly Joba and NOT Jose Veras, Phil Coke, or Edwar Ramirez.

Gardy has the right idea here with Blackburn. Let your best guy pitch. Girardi doesn't understand this concept.

I totally agree with what you're saying. Joba was dealing on the mound and then Girardi put in Veras who let runners get on second and third but was saved by Coke who came in got out of that jam but the inning right after that he blew the lead. Joba should have stayed in the game. He got dicked out of a win today, I feel bad for the kid.

Also he threw about 15 pitches in a simulated inning before the game. So I had no problem with the move.

But in his last 3 he has thrown 108, 104 and 108. I think the babying has ended.

I o know what I am talking about and have made it clear in this very forum. Lincecum has flawless mechanics.
