I'm not a huge Moose fan especially not at that age and for that price, but there's worse guys out there for sure, and at least he's reliable, always makes his 30+ starts and never gets hurt. There's that.
He always gives the team his best effort, regardless of the record. He is a quality pitcher, though his days as a top-of-the-rotation starter are past.
The Yankees need him a lot worse than he needs them.
