I wouldn't mind giving him up if we were getting Crawford and Kazmir one bit, but now I'm just going to be upset that this most likely won't happen. Or do you think we have a shot? 50-50 chance or what?
I wouldn't be waiting on a deal. I doubt it'll happen, although the deal does kinda make sense...

Hernandez was re-acquired yesterday from the Nationals for 21–year-old, minor-leaguer Greg Veloz.
Berroa had just four hits in 27 at bats with the Mets.

I hope so, but I doubt it unfortunately.
In order for us to win the claim, EVERY AL team, plus the Nationals, Reds, Pirates, Diamondbacks, and Padres would ALL have to have passed on him.

Will Carroll of Baseball Prospectus writes, “Lots of speculation that it was the White Sox that claimed Rios. I have no idea.”
Why do all the AL teams get a chance at him first?
