What a nightmare series that was, I attended the game the night before the 1 hitter when they routed the Rays 11-2.
The Mets scored 29 runs in those 3 games, as for the appeal, the ball was hit hard and with Upton's speed didn't appear he would have been out even if the ball had been fielded cleanly. Other than that it was actualy amusing watching the faces on players as they went down one after another.
