Mets Top Prospect Lists

I just would like to point out that according to both of these sources, the Mets farm system is better than being given credit for. They are still in the middle of the pack in terms of Farm Systems, but there is depth there, and there are 2 or 3 fairly high potential prospects.
Fernando Martinez gets all the credit, but Wilmer Flores showed a lot of skill too, dominating Low-A ball at age 17. Flores has actually topped F-Mart on some other prospect listings, but either way, both still have mounds of potential. Here is a link to an article giving more information on the little known Flores: Surfing The Mets - NY Daily News
Basically, I'm just passing along the knowledge that the Mets have more minor league depth than many realize. Although, to be fair, the farm system has brought us Santana and Putz in consecutive years, and still has enough depth to be at least an average system, as opposed to the perception that they are near the bottom.
