According to John Delcos(The Journal News) and David Lennon(Newsday), the New York Mets have some level of interest in acquiring Relief Pitcher Derrick Turnbow. Turnbow was DFA'd by the Brewers a few days ago, so we'd likely have to trade for him. Clearly the Brewers would eat some of his contract...the question is what would Milwaukee want in return, and could a move to NY help him?
I think that the move could really fix Turnbow, the problem is, I don't know what the Mets could offer Milwaukee. Any thoughts?
