Shives was still on the DL, they don't come off of there until you tell me to promote them. (If the 15 or 60 days runs out and you do nothing they kind of go in limbo only appearing on your ratings report....but they're still not on the 25 man roster.)

I put Latshaw on the DL so it still worked out to 25 men on your roster after the demotion and promoting Shives to the 25 man.
