2075 Free Agency scrap heap blind bidding

The scrap heap is a little too deep for first come, first serve so I'm taking blind bids between now and Monday 5/13/19 at 11:59 pm

After this clears out some of the better players I'll open up the remainder to a typical scrap heap.

I.E.: If I miss out on player X then offer this to player Y instead.

When will we know results? My only concern with this is for me, if I sign someone, it might affect my ST Plans so im not sure when we will know if we won our bid versus when the ST sim is. Will you post the results right after the deadline?
