Day 21 :

Toronto : SS James Andes, 12,000,000 per year, for 6 years.


Day 22 :

New York (A) : P Brian Rolling, 800,000 per year, for 1 year.

New York (A) : P Roy Stevens, 800,000 per year, for 1 year.


Day 26 :

San Diego : 3B Ron Santo, 2,500,000 per year, for 2 years.

Atlanta: Free agent C Herman Greenlee has been signed to a minor league contract.
Los Angeles: Free agent CF Pablo Velasquez has been signed to a minor league contract.
