There was one in another league I think, but he was like 100% completely filled out (I want to say twinsfan drafted him like 2nd overall in S3SL, I considered taking him at 3 if he had fell because he was MLB ready).

given Leo's comments, I think that makes him a VERY intriguing option. I think in general it's hard to value a reliever in the draft.
