Going online to something that's not part of a normal routine (checking email and such), reading the team, adjusting to the new information, processing the new information, and creating and formatting the said changes takes a lot longer than it'd seem. And that's not factoring in if there happens to be tough decisions to make.

Opening day changes is the only time it takes me more than maybe five minutes tops to regularly manage my team.

I work eleven hours a day and still have time to run the entire league.

I'm not going to tell a person how to spend his time but the "no time" excuse isn't very legit if you're adept enough to not have to learn the ropes.

I need about 20 minutes to 30 if I need to adjust, 5 or less if I don't. I can't speak for CJ but there's a few things I put infront of the sim league(s) so at some point you just run out of time or energy if you prefer to do something else.

You're also a little more particular about things than the average person.

Unless I'm rearranging my entire roster at the start of the season it really takes me 2-5 minutes tops to manage my team between sims. I typically have very few mid-season changes to make, update my extension thread, maybe take a few minutes to decide if I want to make any trades..... there really isn't much to it, especially mid season.
