    Gosh, this one was tough. I almost took Buster since he is about a year in AAA from being an MLB starter... BUT, I couldn't pass on two SPs. In the end, Baltimore selects Harry "The Cat" Brecheen-SP. The fact that he is inconsistent is the only negative I can find.
