Tips for making extensions easier

This is just a few reminders, rules, and tips regarding extensions that can help all of us move this along smoothly.

- Unless a player is loyal he will not listen to extensions until 5/10 in the game

- A good way to move it along faster is, instead of just telling me to check on a player give me an offer right off the bat. If the player is demanding less I'll use the lower offer. If there is any kind of uncertainty between demands and what you may like (typically involving years) I'll bring it up as a response.

- If you are negotiating with a player try giving me a string of offers to go with instead of doing it one at a time. For example, Player X - 5x6, 5.5x6, 6x6 up until 7x6. But also provide instructions on whether to skip ahead faster or stop if player gets impatient. If none are provided I'll by default quit at "impatient" so as not to quickly burn the extension talks.

I may add more to this as time goes on but I wanted to get those last two tips out there.

These two are especially helpful if you're trying to do extensions at the end of the season when the deadline is looming.

I feel like this needs a bump. A lot of GMs just repeatedly asking for demands on the same players.

And I realize that's exasperated by me doing them before a sim a lot but having to do this on a separate computer now makes it a tad more cumbersome and these tips can help combat that and make it easier and more effective for all parties.

I give a lot of bothers, it can be a cumbersome activity. For the most part, GM's don't have to do much activity week to week. I do not appreciate your poor attitude Mach, it's counterintuitive.

I feel like this needs a bump, especially since I seem to only be able to work on extensions right before the sims...which can change demands.
