Nice. Got myself a mid-1st round pick and didn't have to trade away franchise players to do so like Boston did, nor wait two seasons to reap a future pick.
Not going out on much of a limb but Boston has like twice the talent you have (not to mention they're infinitely cooler than your team) but hey I'm happy you finally cracked .500, good job buddy!

Considering just about all of my specs seem to die in the league, I'm not really worried about the picks. I've done pretty well without them. I haven't had a 1st round pick since 2049 lol. And it appears next year's pick is 18th out of 28. Meh.

Should be three or four HOFers from the O's alone with this season's rollover. I'm not sure Mathews is in, but Stearnes, Bonds, and Carew are shoo-ins.
