Open team management

I've typically just auto'd the open teams and nothing more, but I'm curious what the overall league feel is for this.

I'm probably going to take a more manual approach of roster management with lineups, rotations, and promotions but I'll include that in the poll option as well.

Please vote, I typically like to run the league by consensus so I'll probably go with the popular opinion here.

The last poll option would be the big one if that's the consensus.

I'm kind of torn on the matter from a personal opinion because on one hand seeing an open team win it all is boring, but on the other hand I don't like to see the teams wither.

But let me know what you all think.

Auto the lineups and rotations, but make the necessary promotions for their top prospects so they can develop and please do attempt contract extensions (if you choose to limit them to just the 4.5-5.0 star players, fine) so the league isn't left with another undesirable team like Houston which lost key free agents and haven't replenished them.

i dont really care either way. whatever makes you not want to quit running the league.

I say just auto them, they should be a non factor in the leagues until they get an owner anyways. If you're down to one team and can't get someone to take them because of an undersirable build, just swap out my roster and switch team names or something. It shouldn't matter if you have a lack of stars or picks to start off.
