Sometimes you think you hit the ceiling of a rebuild and then they bust through (see my Dodgers thus far).

I mean, obviously I'd prefer not to, but in the past (and in this league, obviously), when I've taken over particularly bad teams, I'd rather give myself a shot with a bunch of young guys (who, yes, bust VERY frequently in OOTP), then convince myself I can shine up the turd into a diamond.

I hear you, I was just saying with OOTP a rebuild is so unpredictable that it makes me nervous. I don't feel good where my system is at yet, and I've got some decent prospects.
