Draft classes are half of what's attracted me to these leagues in the first place. But I'd also go with that if that's what the majority wanted.
It just seems like that adds an element of the fun to it.

I loved the historic baseball players. I just haven't been a fan of the women and kids in the last couple drafts.
I also wouldn't mind Dwight Schrute in my lineup.
Some of these ideas wouldn't involve many women or children.
In fact, only TV Shows, non sports movies, and maybe a few of the non-baseball sports movies could potentially involve them.
Video games, maybe. Although that one would have more of a propensity to be cartoon like names, which I imagine you wouldn't like eiher. But as I said my mindset there was more on the grown present-day versions. Although, honestly, I could see myself immediately losing interest in that one after the GTA class. So who knows on that front.

The historical drafts were my favorite, I think.
Marshall: MILSWANCAs?
Ted: Wait, I can get this. Mothers I'd like to sleep with and never call again.
Barney: Circle gets the square!

I really liked them as well, but eventually that well will run dry because there's only a finite number of star players to put into the roster before I start reaching for anybody who once batted .280 or hit 20 HRs in a season. If we don't have this discussion now we'll have it sometime down the line.
I may still go that route even if it doesn't end up with the most votes here, but it's good to know what the more favorite options are if we have to shift gears again sometime in the future.

You could always take suggestions on retired players that weren't HOFers. I know there are plenty fan favorites that some of us would love to see back in the game. That way it's also a bit easy on you to compile a list.

wouldn't mind a draft of guys who died or got career enders in real life before their time.

popular stars in other sports, or guys like Elway who bypassed baseball for football could be fun
