One time only opportunity to revise a defunct team

Please let me know in this thread if you would like to change your team for one of the currently defunct teams.

This is a one time only offer and it'll be short lived as I want to move on with 2048.

With the complications as is I'm leaning towards keeping 6 divisions to avoid the massive headache it's become.

However, the Marlins are still changing to the Expos and the Rockies are possibly changing to the Red Sox.

I've done those type of changes before so I know I won't have any problems.

If you change your team you still keep the same roster, I'd just change the team name/logo/city/etc to match

With that in mind, the following are available. I'll leave this offer up until an undetermined time as early as tomorrow afternoon to as late as tomorrow night (but sometime tomorrow). After any claims are made I'll restructure the divisions (4 or 6, leaning 6 right now) to a way that makes the most geographical sense.

Kansas City Royals
New York Mets
Detroit Tigers

This is first come/first serve, so if there's a lot of interest in this the first 4 to claim one gets them. There will be no taking a newly vacated team because that just seems too awkward to essentially trade the entire roster to another team.

If we go to 4 divisions after all, then yes.

If we remain at 6...Most likely, yes if I make that change. (Kingdom indicated he doesn't care either way)

League parity will be taken into account when all decisions are made, which will include the decision whether or not to revise the Red Sox for him.

(I changed the wording in the first post to indicate the indefinite of that change)

You get the stadium for sure. I'm honestly not sure how the game handles the market when you change it, but I can manually edit it. It'd make sense for a NY team to have a bigger one.
