If you're referencing Cleveland, though, I'm not going to punish a GM for a super successful firesale just because he managed to find willing trade partners for every one of his good trade pieces. He didn't exactly give everyone away and now has the #2 farm system in the league to show for it. And that's before the 4 1st round picks he has next year. So, he's not losing just to lose.

I saw his player ratings, I know he has nothing. And he wasn't going to not get last. I know that. I was just referring to not putting his best lineup out there. Line an over developed SP still in AAA. I was talking more about saving arby.
Gotcha
Dropping a player for a sim or two to stall arby or free agency has always been acceptable practice.
I did it with Walter Johnson.
