Can the Twins sign this 16-year old SS?
Here is a story from ESPN:
• Conversely, the Pirates did not draft any high-bonus players, yet that shouldn't have an affect on their pursuit of super prospect Miguel Angel Sano, considered by many as the top position player prospect in Latin America. The Pirates and Minnesota Twins are considered the top suitors and have been tracking Sano closely for the past several months. Contrary to several reports, a source says the Pirates' bid for Sano isn't likely to reach $4 million, and for that matter, may not even reach $3 million. Though the Orioles recently worked out Sano, they aren't expected to be serious bidders.

Twins would be suitors if they think he would fit their system...which he probably does. If he starts commanding a lot of money, Twins will probably pass on him.
