Lot of people are high on the Twins

I got to read several papers in the country today as the writers were making predicitions in the paper. I notice lot of writers pick the Twins to win it all including Peter Gammons, ESPN's Jayson Stark, and Newark Star-Ledger baseball writer Dan Graziano. It's good to see the Twins finally get some respect by the media. Everyone has the Twins as AL Central Champs. It wasn't the case for the last three years. Everyone picked the She-ca-go Whiney Sux for first place till they saw the light on that team. Last year, everyone had the Royals winning the AL Central. This year is a different story. Lot of people viewed the Twins as World Series contender. I think the Twins got the pieces to be really good, but like I said, Joe Mauer needs to be healthy and the 3-4-5 pitchers needs to be really good.

I am really glad that the Twins got some respect. I just hope the Twins don't follow the Timberwolves for falling in their face. I hope the Timberwolves season is a lesson for the Twins to play hard every night.

I am ready to hear the ump say "Play Ball!"

It should be a very good year.

I think the Twins rotation makes them the class of the Central, and I wouldn't be surprised at all to see them in the ALCS or even the WS...unless they get the Yankees first round.

yeah yeah. I am not going to worry about the Yankees. Your pitching staff wont make it I see many injuries. Brown is out already.

I think we will go far this year. Hunter healthy and Mauer we can go along ways.
