Some people may not even know who this guy is, but there has been a lot of talk about him becoming a closer (and he nearly did before Nathan took the spot). Having him back on the mound is very welcome to me.

didn't he have shoulder surgery or something? and i remember last year hearing them talk about neshek maybe getting the closer spot if the twins deal nathan.

Don't let the fear of striking out keep you from playing the game.
I remember he used to be the shiz, but then somehow his stock dropped drastically.

He had labrum surgery last year and his rehab is coming along nicely. He throws hard and throws strikes, but does not have a lot of K's to show for it. He is a very nice piece to have in the bullpen when he is right.
Neshek will likely get the first chance to close if Nathan is dealt, but Crain could do the job if necessary.

gotcha, and i agree with him being a competitor for closer if twins deal nathan.

Neschek will be the closer when Nathan gets traded. Crain will be a set up man in Neschek's old spot. Either way I would be happy who ever closers. Are pen will be strong once again.
