someone will pickup Ford. He is a decent player off the bench.
Lew Ford can be either good or bad and you never know which you'll get. He hustles, but sometimes makes bonehead plays, forgetting how many outs there are, trying to do too much (like trying to hit 5-run homers and bunt people in from 2B). He takes bad routes to balls in the gap at times, but can make astounding plays at times.
He is like Forrest Gump's box of chocolates -- You never know what you'll get.

Really no loss here. I hope we will be going after some better players this offseason. It is good to free up some space but it is bad because we all know how cheap Polad is!
