Major kudos to Dale on the interference call.
The Brewers did a nice job in their first playoff game at Miller Park. They need to win the next one as well, obviously. Congrats on a good win.

Looks like the Brewers season is over. Phillies lead 5-0 in the 7th. Brewers had a good season and this won;t be the last time we see the Crew in the playoffs.
we waited 26 years for that! well that sure was fun wasn't it!! why can we never beat the ****ing phillies! they always ****ing score early! they did it in 3 of the 4 game series earlier in the season, and they did it 3 out of 4 times in this series! well it was still a great season for us..buta ****ing horrible say for Wi sports.

Now is the big question for Brewers fans. Assuming that Sabathia won't return to Milwaukee, and I think that is safe to say. Was it worth trading LaPorta for a trip to the playoffs? The Brewers couldn't have made it this season without him, so it is a fair question. It is a whole different ballgame when your team makes the playoffs, and the Brewers have waited so long to go to the playoffs, so even making the 1st round is worth a lot. What do you think? Was it worth trading for Sabathia?
we will have to see in due corse.

I would have to say I liked the decision. Nobody knows how well LaPorta will do. That is yet to be seen. However the Brewers get the first crack at CC in the off season and he said himself in the papers and on tv that he doesn't care about the money. He loved playing in Milwaukee, he said it was one of the best times he's ever had. He loves the young team, he loves that they have fun and they have energy. I honestly don't think he'd get that anywhere else...
CC is possibly going for 150 million...So the Brewers are gonna try and ask him back for 146 million for 6 years...Weeks will most likely get traded along with Sheets and possibly Gagne or even Fielder. JJ Hardy will possibly move to 3rd base {which I hate} and Escobar from AAA will come up to play short. All fans here got their fingers and toes crossed for something good to come out of our pitching which means keeping CC...Looks good so far.
