I hope so, but I still want them to use extreme caution with Gallardo. He is too young and talented to screw him up. (i.e. see Mark Prior, Kerry Wood, even Sheets. They all have had major problems staying healthy.)


I know injuries are part of the game, but lets try and practice better workout routines and/or caution. That is just me though.

I gotta be honest, seeing the title of this thread made me laugh. Not in a sick way, just that my Mets aren't the only team with problems. At one point about 2 weeks ago, we had half of our major league roster unable to play. I wish the injured brewers a quick recovery.

It would NOT be a typical Brewers season without minor and major injuries. That is just my beloved Brewers luck. We finally get a decent team with talent a lots of potential, and BOOM, bad luck strikes again. At least the Brewers' fans do NOT blame it on a jinx. hahaha... just kinding with ya' Cubs fans!!!

Someone told me JJ won't play like he did last year. This kinda breaks my heart Even JJ didn't know what happened last year but anything can happen this year.

Well it seems to happen every year except last year. Granted we had injuries, but none as bad as this stuff.

Hey, if he stays healthy and plays great defense, I am ok with that. The Brewers dont need 25 HRsfrom him. They would be ok with him batting .280+ and just being a quality hitter in the 8 hole. He will be just fine!!!!

I agree with that. He seemed to press more batting 2nd after his hot start. HE really seemed to settle in the 8th spot
