I can't find the full interview anywhere but I would really recommend listening to this interview. I don't typically like Le Batard, at all. But I think it's great that someone was willing to ask Manfred these questions instead of just tip-toeing around the issue and not getting any real answers.

Manfred definitely tip-toed around the issue and didn't provide any real answers. I liked how he got mad over Le Batard demanding a "Yes or No" to his question, as if to say, "I won't sit here and be deposed like a hapless witness! I'm a lawyer!"
