The Marlins have reportedly come to terms with right-hander Scott Proctor, who was non-tendered by the Dodgers last month.
Proctor will reportedly get $750,000, assuming that he passes his physical. The 32-year-old underwent elbow surgery after last season.
The Marlins have done a good job this offseason piecing together a bullpen on the cheap. Proctor is a risk but at $750k, its not that big of one.
