    3) Cubs/Cardinals
    4) Mets/Braves

    Yankees/Mets isn't a rivalry. It's a money making scam, that's about it. The fans couldn't really give a rat's ass about it when compared to the Red Sox or Braves. The rest, I haven't really seen much of between teams to merit being associated with those four. A's/Angels is certainly building, and Marlins/Phillies was last year, probably some I'm missing....
