They passed on him when they drafted Corey Seager instead...
I've never really understood the concept of berating a team (your own or someone else's alike) for passing on someone in the draft...especially the baseball draft.
Unless maybe you're talking about a top 5 pick when the team had the pick of the litter it's typically a case where multiple teams all passed on the player.
In Wacha's case 18 teams passed on him. The Dodgers are getting crapped on when they still came out with Corey Seager, meanwhile the Marlins passed on him and drafted Andrew Heaney who's no longer with the team. The Padres took Max Fried who they flipped for one year of Justin Upton. The A's passed on him for Addison Russell who they flipped to the Cubs for a Shark rental. The Mariners took Mike Zunino 3rd overall.
I can keep going, but I think of the 18 teams that passed on Wacha the Dodgers are near the bottom of those that deserve to be crapped on for the decision.

Nightenfail tweeted that when Wacha was beating the Dodgers in the 2013 NLCS, and because Wacha happened to be drafted one pick after the Dodgers took Seager, Nightenfail used the draft narrative to crap on the Dodgers. It's what hack writers do.
It just makes it more delicious when people will still be replying to his tweet 10 years from now reminding him how wrong he was.
