seriously, I gotcha...the only things people can do (people that have a serious issue with the crazy amounts of money that athletes make) is to not buy the merchandise, not watch the games on TV, not attend games, and etc. Because like you said, it's a product of the economy (supply and demand)...if people didn't want it, then there wouldn't be large amounts of money being put into it.
