Off the top of my head, I'd say Seattle is one of the top defensive teams.
Sexson, Beltre, Ichiro, Boone, and Winn are all very, very good defensively.
Who would you name?

I like the Cards in this category as well.
Not my O's... other than Tejada... that is some pretty sorry defensive presence
I like my Braves in this category.
You bunch of homers. :P
If you have a bunch of rookies in the lineup, you cannot be considered a good defense.
I like Castillo and Wilson up the middle as well as anyone, but the rest of the team isn't great.
Can't go wrong saying St. Louis with Rolen and Edmonds. Molina has a great glove/arm combo as well.
I'm liking Anaheim.
The entire outfield is great defensively, Erstad is great, Cabrera and Figgins are both good, Molina is great
I am with you. Watching the Twins daily last year, I always marveled with the way they play defense. Twins are always on ESPN's webgems and they take a great pride on playing defense.Originally Posted by Killah Sith

I'm on the Angels/Twins bandwagon.
The Simpson family gathers around, as Homer places Bart's passed test on the fridge.)
Homer: We're proud of you, boy.
Bart: Thanks, Dad. But part of this D-minus belongs to God.
I'd have to agree.Originally Posted by CincyRedsFan30

Twins
C-Joe Mauer: Great arm from what Ive seen he won't have to many passed balls
1B-Justin Morneau: Not great but he worked with Doug for a bit on defense
2B-Luis Rivas: Has range but isn't there yet, there saying this could be the year he breaks out defensively
3B-Micheal Cuddyer: From what I have seen he has a good arm and pretty good range.
SS-Jason Bartlett: I think he might be better then Guzman and there where some saying that Guzman could win a gold glove if he gets a bit better since ARod moved to third.
LF-Shannon Stewart: average
CF-Torii Hunter: Top 3 centerfielders defensivly. Has good arm and great range.
RF-Jacque Jones: good range.
I think the Twins are top 2-3 if not best defensive team. Bartlett wouldn't of made shortstop if he couldn't play defense.
Just my biased opinion :p
The Yankees are no where in this discussion.
The top five as mentioned I would agree with:
No particular order St. Louis, LA of Anaheim, Minnesota, Seattle, I guess the Braves could hold down the 5th spot.
According to last year:

A's were tied for #3 in the majors and #1 in the AL in fielding percentage and we should still be up there this year
Braves, Twinkies, and D-Rays.
