Props to DaiMat for a huge game and for the MVP. Kid is sick, he was hitting 95+ mph on the radar gun and has 3 out pitches. Really disgusting stuff from what I saw today. I really hope the M's sign him, that'd be fantastic.

And I got to say, I really enjoyed this WBC. I've heard a lot of fans (namely Lynch and McKain) try to diminish the importance of the WBC by saying that the best players didn't take part, that it's at the wrong time of the year, and other such garbage. But the fact is that the Americans were heartless and sucked ass.

I can't wait for the 2009 WBC already.

Could be, but I wouldn't know since I didn't watch it. We've got the Olympics every 4 years. That's enough international Ball to last me a decade.
