    Let's see....Fernando Martinez and Reese Havens drop due to injury concerns, Flores is there listed as a SS though many claim he won't be able to stay there, Mejia is number 1, Niewenhuis and Harvey are in the top 5. I'm shocked Cesar Puello jumped so high, but I'm hearing he's a 5 tool potential prospect. Predictable, but the farm system is improving finally.

    So the Phillies traded Cliff Lee for three prospects that failed to crack their top 10 even after trades that sapped their farm of some of their top prospects? Good job Ruben Amaro.
