Beltre did a lot more than pull homeruns to left field.

Are home runs to right worth more runs than home runs pulled to left?

Yeah, Jose only walked 100 times and scored 109 times. Managed 35 doubles and played some 3B to go with his RF. (Which he didn't suck at both, and im not counting the 1 game at CF and the 4 at 1B). Also only struck out 116 times in about 670 PAs.
Only 2 Players in the ML had 40+ HR, 100+ BB, 100+ R and 35+ 2B
Albert Pujols and Jose Bautista

And driving in 100+ runs, hitting .321 and hitting 28 HRs to go with those 49 doubles and GG defense
Bautista still got on base more than Beltre.
In fact it only took the last 58 games for Bautista to achieve the whole 149 game total for Beltre in walks (40).
Just because I can make fun of the punchless M's offense.
The M's couldn't even hit twice as many HRs as Bautista (101 to 54) combined.
He had more RBIs after the ASB (68) than M's RBI leader Franklin Guiterrez (64) all season.
The M's OPS as a team was only 20 points higher than Bautista's SLG total (.637 to .617)

Yes, Bautista got on base 19 more times than Beltre.
I think they both lose to Cabrera or Hamilton anyway. But I just wanted to get my point across that he did more than hit HRs to LF.

You definitely put me in my place, asshole
Getting on base isn't everything. I mean, Jamey Carroll was the only Dodger to finish the season with an OBP over .375

Call me a homer for voting for Cano but first, hear me out.
A-rod, Swisher, Gardner, Posada, Pettitte, Teix. Only some of the Yankees that have suffered injuries this season. Jeter is having one of the worst, if not worst season of his career. Granderson has just recently found his stroke again. Icons in the Yankee organization have passed away. Burnett and Javvy have struggled. (to put it in nice terms)
But amidst all this, Robinson Cano is the one Yankee that has put this team on his back and carried them since opening day. Playing in 158 games at second base the solid Cano has only committed 3 errors all season. He turns the best double play in baseball and has incredible arm strength. If the Yankees would have lost Cano this season, they would not be where they are today. He has been consistent all season. He has not been like Granderson who until had session after session in the cage with Kevin Long finally found his stroke.
Cano is more valuable to the Yankees than any other player mentioned on this list is. Cano is one of (if not the best) all around hitters in the game of baseball. Cano's WAR (according to baseball reference) is 4th (6.1) only behind - Longoria, Choo, and Miguel Cabrera. Cano has posted impressive batting numbers but his play in the field is really the big difference to me. 3 errors in 158 games is incredible. The Yankees have gone through a lot, injuries, deaths, emotional ceremonies. Cano, not Jeter, not A-rod, CANO was the one that stood up to the challenge and carried this Yankees team to where they are. To me, it is not question that Cano is more valuable to his team than Beltre, Bautista, or anybody else.
Call me a homer if you please but it is hard for me to overlook what everything the Yankees have gone through and what Cano has been able to accomplish.
Who wants to vote for P-Kon (PECAN!!) so we can say we had a poll where every candidate got a vote? C'mon, five dolla.
Marshall: MILSWANCAs?
Ted: Wait, I can get this. Mothers I'd like to sleep with and never call again.
Barney: Circle gets the square!
