Joe Gordon is selected by the Veteran's Committee. Tony Kubek wins the Ford Fricke Award.
Rickey Henderson is selected in his first year of eligibility and Jim Rice in his last.
Bert Blyleven and Andre Dawson missed out by a small number, both have eligibility remaining and are above 60% of the votes.
Congrats to all enshrinees.

I was really disappointed in the Dawson voting. He was one of the best players of the late 70's and 80's. He was a great defensive CFer and when his knees were shot, he was a great RFer. Just an absolute cannon for an arm and he could hit the ball a mile. He had amazing speed for a guy his size. He was a better all around player than Rice was who couldn't hit a lick. Dawson is one of three players with 400 HRs, 300 SBs and 500 doubles. The other two are Barry Bonds and Willie Mays. Dawson belongs!!
Its also disappointing to see Raines and Trammel's votes go down.
I wouldn't be so sure that Delgado won't get in. He's a career .280 hitter, 469 HR, 1489 RBI, .383 OBP, .546 SLG, a career 138 OPS+, 2010 hits, and 476 doubles. If he reaches 500 HR, 1500 RBI, maybe 2200 hits, and 500 doubles, I could see him putting up a fight to get in.As evidenced by what? His 1 MVP, his 1 GG, his good 10 year stretch? Andres Galarraga had a good 10 year stretch too. So did Carlos Delgado. Neither are HOF.

I like this one, as it has the classes of 2010, 11, and 12 included.

2012 is an unbelievable class i want all of them to get voted in
2010 has Alomar and McGriff having chances of getting in someday. Alomar more so than McGriff.
2011 has Bagwell and Larry Walker with outside chances someday.
2012 has only Bernie with a slight chance someday.
Phil Nevin and Eric Young for the HOF in 2012!
