He is alright but he won't be a starter for the Braves anytime soon. I wouldn't of been surprised if they traded him toward the end of SP but they didn't.

It is said he can play other positions but I've never seen him play them.

its been a pretty well pitched game. but the hitting hasnt been so great. I feel like usually its the other way around....rusty pitching, and good hitting

That's a good point. The pitching has been very sharp. Hudson has looked great, while the Nats combination of Perez/Rivera/King has been awesome.

Its early yet. The bats will heat up real quick. We are sure to see some offense tomorrow. I was just expecting more from this one as we only had one true ace on the mound tonight.

I just feel like the pitchers are usually more rusty early on than hitters usually are. Of course, the other thing that must be taken into account is that the Nationals arent a terrific offensive team and the Braves have just had some trouble
