This is awesome! Finally a player will be held accountable for their refusal through the courts and not the media. I find it hard to believe that Clemens did not take something and Pettitte did. Clemens' legal team is looking into the allegations and if Clemens can prove he is not guilty then even more awesome. This is an interesting story nonetheless.

Somebody is going to get caught in a lie here. I too think that it is great. If McNamee can't provide sufficient evidence to show that Clemens was a user, it will destroy the credibility of the entire Mitchell report. It would be a win for all those who have been accused. I myself believe Clemens was a user though, and if McNamee can prove it it he sure is going to look like an ass, now that he has sworn up and down that he "never used".

Clemens filed a defamation lawsuit on McNamee.

Yeah, I heard that. Clemens was also saying that everthing McNamee said about his was BS. He (Clemens) also said that everything he (McNamee) said about Petit was true...which brings up the question, why would McNamee lie about Clemens but tell the truth about Petit?
