I guess this should be "Games of The Week." Since we will all get either this game or the other, we decided to just do a doubleheader and see how it plays out. This matchup is scheduled to be on FOX at 1:15 PM EST in their first series of Saturday games. Jose Contreras will face off versus Carlos Zambrano.

I will update this with lineups tomorrow and hopefully a more extensive preview. Anyway, let's get the predicitions going.

wel, they better win. i dont like attending games where they lose. wearing my ernie banks jersey though, so i expect a win.

it'll be contreras vs zambrano so i feel good about our chances.

Prediction, 10-9 Cubbies. Zambrano will pitch well and exit early because tennis elbow (what is it exactly?). It will be the battle of the bullpen, and somehow the Cubs bullpen will survive the task (meaning not to give up more runs than we can afford).

If Jim Hendry does not do anything about this bullpen soon, then he should just put every valuable players on DL, give them rest of the season off, or whatever. There is no point for them to play with a chance of getting hurt. Rest them up for the next season.
