    It was expected that the owners would back this deal I would believe. The Players Union shouldnt mess around the new deal and agree to this. Prove to the fans and congress that you are caring about your players integrity and health. You are not above the law, so quit acting like it.

    The Player's union has no choice and they will agree to this. If not, Congress will install the Olympic drug policy in baseball and that is not what they want. Donald Fehr will agree.
