I aim to try

Im thinking about it.
I am without cable right now, so I'm gonna need to find a source to catch the games.
I can definitely afford it.. at 14.95 a month its definitely cheaper than getting cable.. seeing as all im gonna do with Cable is to just watch baseball and ESPN.
So i'll probably end up getting it.. but theres delay time like with all internet broadcast, so I dunno how efficient it'll make for gameday threads.
Nobody lookin out for nobody
Maybe we should try and help somebody or be somebody
Instead of being somebody that makes the news
So everybody can tweet about it
And then they start to R.I.P. about it
And four weeks later nobody even speaks about it.
Kobe: I don't think there is any delay time at all. It's a matter of few seconds and that's basically it. It's not biggie. It will be more than efficient for gameday threads. When I did the game threads with the Twins board this year, it worked very well.
Alright, You've sold it on me.Originally Posted by Steak

Glad you like it, Kobe. I think it has become a hit for lot of baseball fans.
Now I hope the NBA can start creating that same technology like MLB has done especially when you look at the fact that the NBA has started to become big in overseas with their players playing in that league.
watching the Padres game from today. this is great because I can watch re-runs when I get off of work..

one thing so far though is that during the stream it keeps stopping, so I have to restart it..

Actually, Kobe. It's only a problem for one night like tonight for example, but after that, it does not interrupt. If you watch today's game tommorow or Wednesday, it won't interrupt.
oh okay, so its not my computer or internet.
The main thing is, it better not skip when im watching it live!
Woody is getting torn appart =(

BTW, I hope you can stomach Rockies color analyst George Frazier. This guy never shuts up. He talks a nanosecond. I rarely hear the PBP guy because Frazier can't shut up.
haha, I'm really not paying too much attention about that right now. The commentary isn't too bad, considering I'm used to listening to Jerry Coleman and Ted Leitner.Originally Posted by Steak
Leitner is as annoying as they come, and while Coleman is a legend, old age has definitely caught up to him.

Frazier has gotta be the worse color analyst along with White Sox color analyst Darrin Jackson who might be worse than Frazier.
Did you enjoy listening to Hacksaw (Lee Hamilton) when he used to do the Chargers games on XTRA Sports? I believe Leiner is the Chargers PBP guy and Hacksaw is mad at Ted for taking the job behind his back.
