Yimi Garcia gives up the game-tying and go-ahead runs and still gets the W thanks to Scott Van Sideburns' walkoff homer.

Wait, nevermind, JP Howell got the W since he relieved Yimi.

Oh well, that was the Dodgers' first come-from-behind win in the 9th after blowing the save, in like, ever. That explains why I never got any opportunities with this thread.

Not the most egregious of examples but Drew Pomeranz is now 4-4 on the season with a 1.70 ERA

That Padres game tonight was ridiculous.. Kemp was playing so far back. I couldn't believe SF won like that.

You haven't followed Giants baseball the last six years (well, the even numbered years at least), haven't you?

I feel like the stat isn't highly regarded as it once was reducing its "overratedness", but just for the sake of tradition in bumping this thread...

Jacob DeGrom currently owns a nasty 1.85 ERA and 0.97 WHIP, and is 5-7

Total inequality to MLB scoring, the only Dodgers pitcher to fuck up in tonight's marathon of offensive ineptitude, Corey Knebel, ends up getting the "Win".
